Family Pictures Practice

We went outside yesterday to try and stage pictures with the kids. I wanted to find neat backgrounds and poses for the kids before we got out there for the real shoot.

*Notice: Daisy is screaming, their feet are beyond GRIMEY, and they all need a haircut!! This is why we had a practice shoot! :) The real photo shoot should be interesting!

Isaac's Baptism - October 4, 2009

On October 4, 2009 we were granted a parent's greatest blessing after the gift of their child...the gift of their child's salvation!!!

Isaac asked Jesus into his heart this summer, and after his "new birth"day party (we've started a tradition in which we celebrate our kids' salvation with a party and the gift of their first Bible) he was baptised in Beaver Creek by his Pastor/Papa!

Family, church and related, were there to celebrate with us! Isaac braved the chilly creek water on the coldest day of the season thus far. He was such a trooper! We are so proud of him and thankful to Christ for this blessing!

Thank you, family, for being a part of this eternal decision and momentous occasion in Isaac's life!! We are so blessed to be surrounded by family who celebrates with us in Christ's blessings!

"daisy-do's"

These are pics of the girls being my daisy-do models. Daisy-do's are Ajyah's and my latest venture. We are making and selling these headbands at craft fairs. We are also taking orders via email and phone. They are so cute but not nearly as cute as the models!! :)
